Online Applications The ARC, in conjunction with the Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts (DEWHA), has introduced an initiative to improve the level of convenience for technicians and businesses renewing their licence. As of July 1st, current RTA and RHL holders as well as new applicants are able to submit their applications electronically. The benefits of such a facility include faster processing times, step-to step guidance to assist in correct completion of applications and clarity around the qualifications required for different licence types. Re-applicants will be provided with a personal username and password which will enable them to lodge their application electronically and use the online payment facility.
