The ARC has now introduced an online facility which allows you to lodge your renewals and new applications electronically.

RHL Renewals

Paying electronically (credit or debit)

• Fill out the online application
• Click the submit button
• When payment is processed, a receipt will be forwarded to your email

• Fill our the online application
• Click the submit button - this automatically sends a completed copy of your application to your email
• Forward a printed copy of your completed application along with your payment of cheque or money order to ARC

New RHL Applications

• When payment is processed, a receipt will be forwarded to your email
• Forward a printed copy of your completed application along with a certified passport-sized colour photo and a certified copy of your qualifications to ARC

• Forward a printed copy of your completed application along with a certified passport-sized colour photo, a certified copy of your qualifications and your payment of cheque or money order to ARC
