IMPORTANT: Please check your permit application fee is correct before you pay. Do not submit a renewal more than 6 months before your current licence expires.

• The ARC can check you have applied for the appropriate permit and fee amount.

REFUND

• If you think you have made multiple payments for a permit contact ARC ASAP on 1300 884 483.
• Please refer to the Refund Guidance and FAQs available in the Information page here.

Please note that application fees are not refundable if you change your mind or have chosen to withdraw your application.
