The Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) is conducting field engagement visits as part of a pilot initiative for Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL) holders in 2026.
These visits are voluntary, educational and supportive. They are designed to give technicians the chance to connect directly with ARC Field Officers, ask questions and share experiences from the field.
This is a pilot program, focused on learning what works well and where we can better support technicians into the future.
The visits are intended to support technicians by:
The focus is on conversation, learning and improvement.
The pilot will primarily focus on RHL holders who are not affiliated with a Refrigerant Trading Authorisations (RTA).
RHL holders can book a field engagement visit by emailing RHLprogram@arctick.org. Selected RHL holders will also be contacted to arrange a suitable time for a visit.
Participation is encouraged. Your feedback will help shape how this program develops and ensure it delivers meaningful support to technicians across the sector.
